One thing that I will always recommend to others if they feel unsure about a certain course of action is that the universe will speak to you, via signs, to let you know if you’re on the right track.

Note: When I mention to the universe, I am speaking about God, our Angels, The Source, infinite love, collectively. We all have different names for the force of love which powers our realities.

The universe always wants to speak to you! It wants you to know you are loved and supported. Your guardian angels want you to feel their love. They look for any opportunity to show you synchronicity.

I feel like the most straight forward way of communicating, for them, is to direct your attention to repeating number patterns. Seeing 11:11, 7:47, 2:22, phone numbers and number plates that contain repeating number patterns are all SIGNS. You are not going crazy and it isn’t a coincidence.

When I first started to receive number signs I didn’t really delve into the exact meaning behind each number from a numerology sense. I simply accepted that these were signs to show I was on the right track. That I was exactly where I was supposed to be, in that moment.

Nowadays I do look further into each numbers vibration – for example, seeing 7:47 for me indicates that I need to watch my finances. Numbers are one of the many ways that my angels interact with me personally.

This is because I don’t usually read myself in the same way I read for other people. I don’t have an unfair advantage in life because of my gift. My gift exists to truly help other people first. That’s what brings me the most fulfillment. When I help others see that we are all connected and are here on this planet to LOVE; that makes me the happiest.

Anyway, back to my point: look out for repeating numbers! The universe IS speaking to you. God is speaking to you. It’s a simple and pure way of beginning the journey to use the universe as tool to guide you to live out your souls purpose.

Another point I would like to make is that if you follow your heart and live your personal truth, you will ALWAYS succeed. Do what you love. Do what your heart tells you. The universe will always look after those who listen to their hearts.

The reason for this is simple: there is a piece of the universe/God within us all . The universe exists within us as much as it is around us. Love is the only thing we need to exist. Where do we love from? Our hearts. I know I sound slightly (ok, completely) crazy.

I am happy to be proven wrong. Prove me wrong by listening to what your heart tells you do then see if your life becomes better or worse because of it. I guarantee you, I am not wrong.

How do you know what your heart wants when your brain is telling you otherwise? Someone (at this present point in time I can’t remember who! Haha) taught me a great trick a few years ago. It is a meditation technique.

So when you have a choice or decision to make and you aren’t sure who is in control, your head or your heart, this is what you do:

1. Find a quiet space where you can be alone.

2. Visualize yourself in your current dilemma and imagine what it would be making your decision/choice. Imagine you are actually making this choice. Pretend you are actually buying the car, handbag…. Whatever it is. Put yourself there in your mind. 

3. Now, how does your body react? Does your jaw clench, do you not feel comfortable? Do you feel a sense of dread? If you do, then your heart is speaking. It is telling you no. 

4. If you are visualizing the right choice, you will experience none of the above. Your heart may skip a beat, you may feel butterflies. You might smile or laugh. That’s a big yes from your heart there.  

This post has slightly veered off course. Back to signs as a whole.

Signs do not only come in the form of numbers, they come in any form of anything meaningful to you that reminds you of something, someone… For example, you are driving along, singing, and suddenly, you think of your grandmother, just randomly. Then you see a car driving beside you that is an EXACT replica of the car your grandmother used to drive when she picked you up from primary school.

Once again: you aren’t crazy and this isn’t a coincidence. In that exact moment, your grandmother who you lost so many years earlier is with you. You aren’t alone in your car. They’re always with us, showing us love and comfort because we are their heaven.

Signs are amazing. Sometimes I actually cry because I find it so damn beautiful. The universe will guide you, your loved ones will guide you (we all return to the universe/God when we pass) and you will guide you. But you have to listen to your heart. Live YOUR truth. Whatever that may be.

Rest assured, because the universe has your back.
